First Bank and Trust has been chosen by most of the major Hollywood studios, independent production companies, commercials and music video productions to be their Louisiana Bank and to represent the sale of tax credits.  Often we are mentioned in special credits for its partnership with the production activities in such films as Ray, Yellow Handkerchief, Mr. 3000, Solstice and others.  

Working with Endgame Entertainment Company

Endgame Entertainment Company, L.L.C. was founded in 2002 as a diversified entertainment financing and production company which acts as FBT's 'first look' producer in bringing film projects to Louisiana.  FBT Investments was the lead underwriter for the first private equity film placement in Louisiana for Endgame Entertainment and also has the exclusive marketing rights to all of their production and employment tax credits.

Producer James Stern the founder and President of Endgame and is best known for his Broadway and Tony Award Winning credit on 'Stomp', 'Rent', 'The Producers', 'Hairspray', 'Little Shop of Horrors.’ 

Mr. Stern has produced over 50 plays and movies as well as directed 3 documentaries, including the IMAX
hit “Michael Jordan to the Max.”

‘Stay Alive’ was Endgame’s first Louisiana co-production with Spyglass Entertainment and was released on March 24, 2006 through more than 2,400 theaters.  Their second Louisiana production, 'Solstice' was directed by Daniel Myrick ('the Blair Witch Project') and released in January 2008 to a national audience via direct to DVD through the Weinstein Company.
